1. How do I make an appointment?

A: The best way to make an appointment with us is to call us at 713-955-3919 during our operational hours. We will have a live staff to anwser your call and access our providers' schedule in real-time.

2. If I am a walk-in, how long is the wait time?

A: We understand that you may not always have the opportunity make an appointment. Please understand for us that we have to prioritize people with appointments first. For a shorter wait time, walk-ins have a better chance after 2PM. Always check with the front desk staff to see what the patient appointment load is for that day. It is difficult for us to guarantee a short wait time for walk-in patients. Walk-ins wait times can range between 1 hour to 3 hours.

3. Should I come in for urgent or semi-emergency issues?

A: We strongly advise you to call 911, or go to the emergency hospital immediately. Our factility is not capable of handling urgent care or emergency issues.
