Our district technology team has been and will continue to work to address staff and family technology needs. It is important to note that occasionally there may be connectivity issues affecting staff and/or for families, and we want to assure everyone that we will all need to be flexible as issues may arise.
Students having technology issues should access NAPS tech support based on the following:
If students are able to log into their NAPS Google account, they should contact their teacher for support first.
If students are still having trouble, they should submit a help ticket directly from their Google account.
