Classroom Teacher

Classroom teachers can help with:

      • Resetting Tiger ID passwords

      • Morning check in

      • Content posted in Blackboard

      • Assignments in Blackboard

      • Troubleshooting basic iPad issues


Library Secretary

Student can visit the Library Secretary for:

  • resetting iPad passcodes

  • resetting Self-Service

  • a loaner iPad while theirs is being fixed

Tech Services

All other technology issues regarding the iPad or Blackboard should be directed to Tech Services.

The Technology Service Desk is staffed daily from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm and can be contacted via email, the Service Desk portal and telephone. In the case of a remote-learning situation, the Service Desk will continue to be staffed remotely.
