-Tennis shoes should be worn on basketball days.
-Your child should bring a water bottle.
-Basketball begins right after school and ends at 4:45.
-We will be using the number system for pickup at the gym side door, just like regular pickup after school. Please be sure to display your pick-up number in your window when picking up.
-If your child is going home with someone other than his/her parent, please provide a written note.
-Please provide a written note if your child is not staying for basketball on a particular day that he/she is assigned for.
This form must be filled in online in order to participate. Registration closes Nov. 1, 2023.
This form must be printed out, filled in, and returned along with payment in order to participate.
