Seesaw.me is a great tool that engages students and allows them to capture hand written work using their camera. Teachers have access to configure Seesaw to all students to post immediately OR the teachers can preview student posts prior to the being posted for other students to view.

One final note - Seesaw has an elementary feel, but it can be a great tool for every grade level and could work especially well for those difficult to teach over tech subjects like Music, Art, and PE!
