Troubleshooting Macbook to SMARTboard
If there is no sound:
Make sure you are playing through the correct output
Document Camera
Every classroom is equipped with a document camera than can be displayed on the SMARTboard. Simply connect the USB cable to your macbook and run the “Visualizer” app.

Printing - PaperCut
Look for the printer icon on the top of right of your screen. Click on it and select, View my printers.
Click the Sign in with Google button and sign in with your @norfolk.k12.ma.us email
Printing Troubleshooting
Sign out and sign back in: Click “View my printers” and select “Change user”
Use the Self Service app to Reset your print system. Open the app and click the Install button.
macOS - AirDrop
Open a Finder window and click on AirDrop.
Set discovery to “Everyone”
(set to No One when finished)
