Natalia Pedroza is the USTA's Senior Director of Growth, Learning, and Leadership. She supports employee performance aligned with USTA goals, emphasizing inclusion, leadership, and career progression. With global experience, she has previously served as the Director of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at USTA, Wiley Publishing, and Nestle Waters. She holds a Master's in Organizational Development and Leadership from St. Joseph's University and a Bachelor's in Fine Arts from Louisiana State University.
Natalia is a lifelong learner with a strong curiosity. She resides in Connecticut with her husband, Justin, daughter Cami, and their two pets, Jojo & Cash.
Dr. William D. Parham, Ph.D., ABPP, is a Professor in the Counseling Program and Director of the Center for Trauma-Informed Education at Loyola Marymount University. He is a licensed psychologist, Board Certified in Counseling Psychology, and a Fellow of the American Psychological Association. Dr. Parham has held significant roles, including Founding Director of the National Basketball Players Association’s Mental Health and Wellness Program and member of the California Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness and Mental Wellbeing. Throughout his career, he has focused on athletes across all levels and sports, as well as performance artists, emphasizing trauma-informed approaches, personal empowerment, and intersectionality in sport psychology.
Dr. Tiffany Jones has extensive experience consulting for Division I athletic departments and elite sports teams, including Louisiana State University, Penn State Women’s Soccer, Alabama Gymnastics, and USA U-20 Women’s National Soccer Teams. She is a Certified Chopra Health & Well-Being Teacher, Meditation Teacher, and Coach, integrating holistic techniques into her practice.
Her accolades include the Joan Hinton Hurd ’65 Lifetime Athletic Achievement Award and various speaking engagements at national conferences. Dr. Jones is also working on her first book, "Think First: Reaching Personal and Athletic Excellence by Implementing Sport Psychology Techniques," co-authored with Bill Galvin.
Anthony has been a USTA certified official for over 25 years. He has worked various local and national USTA tournaments including Kalamazoo, the Girls 16s/18s National Championships in San Diego, and the U.S. Open. He is a national instructor for the USTA In-Person Workshops for Roving, Referees & Chair Umpires. He also has been selected as a national instructor for the USTA Centers of Excellence for Roving and Refereeing. He currently is the Director of Officiating & General Counsel for the Intercollegiate Tennis Association.
Sean Cary is USTA’s Managing Director of Competition Operations. He has been with the USTA for almost eight years, having spent the previous seven years with Cricket Australia as the Head of Cricket Operations in Melbourne, Australia.
He oversees a number of large teams that span the USA and across the globe. He is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of the competition operations at the US Open, including the Tournament Referee, Chief Umpire and Ball Crew functions, as well as managing the relationship with Hawkeye Innovations and Sports Media Technologies (SMT). Sean also enjoys leading the National Officiating Staff and developing strategy that ensures USTA Officials are an integral fit within the American Tennis ecosystem.
