Jen Azevedo: General Manager, Mill Valley Tennis Club
Bio: Jen Azevedo played on the Cal Poly Tennis Team from 1998 to 2002. Today, Jen is a highly qualified and experienced tennis and fitness professional with extensive certifications, including USTA Coaching, RSPA Tennis & Pickleball Coach, and Cardio Tennis Master Trainer. With a solid fitness foundation, she is also credentialed as an NCEP Fitness Professional. As a Tennis and Fitness Industry Consultant, Jen leverages her expertise to optimize athletic training and club management strategies. Currently, Jen serves as the General Manager of the Mill Valley Tennis Club, where she fosters a welcoming environment for players of all levels while promoting a healthy and active lifestyle. In her spare time, Jen is an Ironman and Boston Marathoner, and her favorite athlete is her 9-year-old daughter.
Isabella Feinberg: Chief Operating Officer, Lifetime Activities Inc.
(Cupertino, Pleasanton, San Francisco, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, and Walnut Creek)
Bio: As Chief Operating Officer of Lifetime Activities, Isabella leads operations across six Bay Area facilities, partnering with teams to strengthen systems, advance strategic initiatives, and deliver exceptional experiences for customers, employees, and community partners.
Since joining the organization in 2014, she has held several leadership roles, including General Manager of San Francisco’s Goldman Tennis Center during its 2021 opening. Her work has supported organizational growth through operational improvements, technology modernization, strategic planning, and the development of nationally recognized tennis facilities and programs.
Isabella is passionate about expanding access to tennis and creating welcoming, community-centered spaces where people of all ages and abilities can connect and belong. She lives in Lafayette with her husband and their two mini golden-doodles, Savannah and Nola.
Jonathan Fralick: VP of Racquet Sports, Invited Clubs -- USPTA/RSPA, PPR, USTA HP
Bio: Jonathan Fralick serves as Vice President of Racquet Sports for Invited Clubs, leading one of the largest racquet sports portfolios in the country with more than 700 tennis courts, 300 converted pickleball courts, and padel facilities. He oversees national strategy for programming, staffing, member growth and retention, and more than $25 million in annual tennis revenue, supporting 350 tennis professionals across the Invited network. Under his leadership, Invited has expanded key industry partnerships with RSPA, PPR, PPA, Lacoste, Tecnifibre, Selkirk, and preferred vendors that support member events, retail experiences, and product exposure nationwide. Jonathan’s career also includes senior leadership roles with Life Time Athletic and WTS International, and he has been instrumental in managing four USTA Facility of the Year award-winning facilities across four USTA sections.
Megan Moulton-Levy: Senior Director of Venue Optimization, USTA
Bio: Megan Moulton-Levy is Senior Director of Venue Optimization at the USTA, where she partners with Section leadership across all 17 sections to build scalable solutions for the problems that matter most to facility owners and operators as they grow their businesses. She spent a decade at the Junior Tennis Champions Center, most recently as Vice President, scaling the local footprint from one site to multiple locations with more than 100% revenue growth. A former top-50 WTA doubles professional, she is a William & Mary Athletics Hall of Famer and holds a B.A. and MBA from the College.
Luis Reis: Business Operator, Real Estate Professional, and Entrepreneur
Bio: Luis Reis is a business operator, real estate professional, and entrepreneur with a passion for building successful businesses and strong communities. With a background in international resort management and competitive tennis, he brings a unique blend of hospitality, recreation, and operational leadership to every organization he serves. Luis oversees multiple racquet sports and fitness clubs, manages commercial real estate, and has built a club management company that provides operational support and strategic consulting to fitness, tennis, and country clubs, as well as other businesses in the hospitality and recreation industry. Known for his practical, hands-on leadership style, Luis focuses on improving operations, developing high-performing teams, and creating exceptional member experiences. Whether leading clubs, managing properties, or advising businesses, he believes in straightforward communication, accountability, and building organizations that deliver lasting value.
Martin Rothfels: General Manager and Director of Tennis, Marin Tennis Club
Bio: Martin Rothfels has spent more than 40 years building programs, developing players, and growing the game of tennis. He currently serves as General Manager and Director of Tennis at Marin Tennis Club, where he leads club operations, programming, staff development, marketing, and coaching. Before that, he spent four decades at Gold River Sports Club, directing major USTA, WTA, WTT, and NCAA events while creating nationally recognized player development and community programs. A former nationally ranked player and longtime USPTA/RSPA-certified professional, Martin brings a practical, people-focused perspective to leadership, coaching, and the future of the sport.
