Athletic Director/Head Football Coach/Head Softball Coach
My name is Jeff Hill, and I am truly honored to serve as the Athletic Director, Head Football Coach, and Head Softball Coach for Nocona ISD. I recently completed my 15th year in education and coaching — and my second year in Nocona. From day one, the community has been incredibly welcoming to me and my family, and it quickly became clear that this is where we belong. We’re proud to call Nocona home, and I’m committed to making Nocona Athletics the very best it can be.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to coach nearly every sport. Most recently, I held the same position at S&S, and prior to that, I coached football, track, and basketball at Hebron High School. My earlier years were spent at Whitewright, where I coached football, softball, basketball, and track.
Teaching and coaching run deep in my family, it’s more than a profession, it’s who I am. My parents, grandparents, siblings, and extended family have all worked in education, and I’m proud to continue that legacy.
Outside of school, my family is my greatest joy. My wife, Amy, and I have been married for 12 years, and we have three amazing kids: Kinsley (9), Kason (6), and Camden (4). They keep life busy, fun, and full of purpose. When I do have spare time, I enjoy fishing and golfing.

My name is Sandy Langford. This is my 26th year in coaching—13 years at Nocona, 13 years at Glen Rose, and now back where it all began, coaching the Lady Indians.
Born and raised a Lady Indian, I was blessed to continue my athletic career at Tarleton State University. From a young age, I knew I wanted to coach, and it’s been my passion ever since.
My family is my greatest joy. My husband serves as a Captain with the Fort Worth Fire Department, and we have two sons—Camden (20) and Keltyn (19)—who both play college football and are pursuing degrees in Mechanical Engineering.
My mission as a coach is to teach and guide young ladies through hard work, dedication, and accountability so they know they can accomplish their goals and become anything they aspire to be.
When I’m not in the gym, you’ll find me spending time with family, cheering on our sons at football games, raising cream dachshunds, or traveling.
