Parent-Teacher Conferences are on Tuesday, November 26th from 10am-6pm! Sign up today! Students will not have classes this day but are encouraged to attend their conference as well!

Schedule & Information
*Find your student's homeroom teacher or the name of their homeroom class (6A, 6B, 6C, etc.), this is the schedule they follow daily! In the event of a distance learning day, students will follow this exact schedule starting with Homeroom at 7:15am!

This is where students take attendance when on a distance learning day due to weather!
Students: Attend your Homeroom Teacher's Class by 7:15 on Distance Learning Days, your Homeroom teacher will take attendance.

GMAIL
All assignments and work will be posted to Google Classroom. Announcements will also be communicated through Google Classroom or Gmail.
To sign into Gmail, click on the image above.
At gmail.com, use your login card to type in your gmail and password.
You're in! Be sure to check your email DAILY. This is the main way your teacher can contact you when you are not on Google Meets.
Google Classroom
To access Google Classroom, click on the image above.
Sign in using your same gmail and password that you used for Gmail.
Click on your class.
Click on "Classwork" to see your assignments for the week!
Google Meets
Google Meets is the video platform we will use when we meet as a class. Homerooms will meet on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 am. Additionally, you child is required to check in with each content teacher following Wednesday & Thursday schedule. the Your child's other teachers may also schedule a time to meet with you one-on-one on Fridays.
To access Google Meets...
Go to your Google Classroom.
On a desktop computer, at the top, under the class title and class code, it says "Meet Link". Click on the link! It should open your Google Meet app. Then click "Join".
On an iPad, there is a video icon in the top right. Click on it! It should open your Google Meet app. Then click "Join".
The link will only be there shortly before class on Wednesday and Thursday. After the meet, it will be deleted and changed for the next class. If you have an individual meeting with your teacher, you will need to go to your Google Calendar to access that Google Meet. (See right.)

You may need to meet with your teacher in a small group or one-on-one. To do this, your teacher will send you a Calendar Invite.
Make sure you check your gmail to accept any event invitations that your teacher sends you.
On your iPad, open the Google Calendar app.
Make sure, on the left side (tap the 3 lines in the top left corner), that your Google Classroom checkbox is checked.
You can navigate the days, weeks, and months by swiping left or right. Find the day you are meeting. Find the event.
Click on the event. Click "Join with Google Meet". This should open the Meet app. Join the Meet!
