Nearpod

What is it?

• Nearpod is a student engagement platform and presentation tool. Students can complete Student-Paced or Live Lessons

• Activities in Nearpod include:

  • Collaborate! - Students can share their ideas in real time during a live lesson with a digital “post-it” (text and a picture) on the teacher’s presentation for their classmates to see.

  • Draw It! - Students can share their ideas for all to see by submitting their drawing, text, and pictures from an interactive whiteboard tablet.

  • Open-Ended Question - Students can share their ideas for their classmates to consider via a written response on the live lesson presentation.
