Chromebooks

All 1st grade though 12th grade students will be issued a Chromebook for the purpose of completing assignments and participating in learning activities. 1st - 2nd grade students will keep their devices in school during the week and are allowed to take them home on the weekends. 3rd - 12th grade students have the option of taking their device home during the week and on the weekends.

Troubleshooting Tips

Having an issue with your device? Follow these steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Are you using Google Chrome?

  • If not, please switch to the Google Chrome browser and try again. If the issue is not resolved, move to step 2.

2. Clear Cookies and Cache:

  • At the top right, click the three stacked dots

  • Click More Tools, then Clear Browsing Data.

  • At the top, click Advanced

  • Under Time Range, choose All Time.

  • Check all 8 boxes on the list.

  • Click Clear data.

  • Once the process is complete, close Chrome, reopen, and try again.

  • If the issue is not resolved, move to step 3.

3. Check for a Chrome Browser Update

  • On your computer, open Chrome.

  • At the top right, click the three stacked dots

  • Click Help

  • Click About Google Chrome

  • At the top, if an update is needed, it’ll automatically start updating or there may be a prompt/button to click to update.

  • Once that is done, if an update was made, restart the Chromebook completely, and try again.

  • If the issue is not resolved, move to step 4.
