After you have completed the Online Pre-Registration process our registrar will contact you to schedule an appointment to complete your student's Menchville enrollment. Parents are asked to bring a photo ID to their scheduled appointment. The MHS Counseling Office enrolls students between 7:10 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday, during the school year. Our summer enrollment hours are from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Thursday.

Documents needed for registration:

• Proof of residence in the Menchville zone. Items accepted include: current utility bill, mortgage statement or lease. All addresses and names must match the custodial parent.

• Student birth certificate

• Immunization record

• Transcript/Last report card

• IEP/504 Plan (if applicable)

• Custody Paperwork/Foster Care Plan (if applicable)
