Presenting at iNNovate provides opportunities to network across the school division and elevate your impact beyond your classroom/current setting. Presenters enjoy exclusive conference swag and fifteen recertification points per topic presented. Sessions can be presented by single individuals or teams of up to three.

The proposal form requires basic personal information about you and any co-presenters (including shirt size) and details about the session you plan to present. Review the requirements below to ensure you thoughtfully prepare your session proposal before submitting. The planning committee will review all submissions to determine acceptance. You are welcome to use generative AI to help refine your proposal.
Session Title: Create a catchy title that captures the participants' attention and clearly reflects the focus of your session.
Session Description: Write a 3-5 sentence description of your session, including what participants will learn, any prerequisites, and/or any materials participants would need to bring.
Who should attend your session?
Is your session specific to Preschool, Elementary, Middle, or High?
Who is your target audience? Any teachers of grades 1-3? 5th grade science teachers? 8th grade English teacherss? Secondary visual arts teachers? High School CTE teachers?
Will you design your session for novice educators (3 or less years of experience)?
Instructional Focus: What instructional topic will your session cover? Session Length: How long will your session be? Sessions will be 60 minutes, but you can choose to double up, and do a 120-minute session.
Availability: Are you available all day on August 12th, or do you have schedule limitations?
