If you graduated in 2023 or later, or are a current student, here are your options:

Online:

• Fill out our online request by clicking here. 

• Login to Naviance to request transcripts (for current students only)

In-person:

1. Fill out a transcript request form for each institution; found in the Guidance Office on the wall.

   • Indicate whether you want your transcript in hand or mailed directly to the institution.

2. Give your form to Ms. Greene, School Counseling Secretary.

If you graduated in 2021 or earlier, you will have to contact the Records Management Department at NNPS Central Office. Visit their web page using the link below:
