We will look at training on Monday & Wednesday each week right before your practice starts. This will be a 20 minute circuit style training session
Days of Games will be a Non-Session

We will look at training Each Day after school - Friday will be a coaches discretion each week depending on their schedule
This will also be a circuit style training session, more emphasis will be put on the Upper Body than lower to reduce stress on your Lower Joints (Knees)
