Scholarship, Grant & Sponsorship Offerings

The North Mahaska Athletic Boosters are very excited to announce NM Athletic Boosters Scholarship, Grant and Sponsorship Offerings! Applications are now being accepted for the grants and sponsorships.  The North Mahaska Athletic Booster Scholarships are awarded annually and applications are due April 1.

The North Mahaska Athletic Booster Club will award four $500.00 scholarships to graduating North Mahaska High School senior athletes who plan to attend an accredited college, community college, trade or technical school as a full-time student in the fall of 2024. The scholarship is intended to reward athletes for their participation and strong character and leadership in North Mahaska High School sports. Grants, Community Services up to $500 are available to NM Coaches for the purpose of assisting with expenses or costs relating to his/her team performing community services activities or events within the NM school district. Currently, the NM Athletic Boosters have received donations totaling $1,000 towards grant applications. To apply for a Coaches Grant, just email nmab@nmwarhawks.org for the grant application details.

Grants, Certifications up to $200 are available to NM Coaches and aspiring NM community members for the purpose of assisting with expenses or costs relating to obtaining or renewing coaching certifications required to performing coaching responsibilities at NM. Coaches, assistant coaches, and volunteer coaches are eligible to apply. To apply for a Coaches Grant, just email nmab@nmwarhawks.org for the grant application details.

Sponsorships up to $250 are available to NM Students for the purpose of assisting with expenses or costs relating to a NM student participating in athletic activities or events within the NM school district. To apply for a Student Sponsorship, coaches may assist students with emailing nmab@nmwarhawks.org for the sponsorship application details.
