ASB ELECTIONS INFO MEETING

Sailors! Do you want to make a positive impact at our school? Are you interested in running for an elected position on ASB? Come to the informational meeting on Monday, March 9 at lunch in the SLC. Come learn about the election process and what it takes to run for President or Vice President of your grade! If you are interested in applying for an appointed position in ASB, that process will begin on April first.

It’s that time of year — Arreis tickets are officially on sale!

Come out and support Dance 1, Dance 2, Dance 3, and our Dance Team as they take the stage March 25th–28th at 7:00 PM right here in Newport Harbor’s Theater.

Attention Class of 2028 (Sophomores) – Junior Mentor Program

Attention Current Sophomores!

Are you looking to get real-world career experience before you graduate? The Junior Mentor Program is recruiting students for next year. We represent over 100 mentors in 10 different industries—including Business, Healthcare, Engineering, Public Service, Entertainment, and more. This is a unique opportunity to step out of the classroom and shadow professionals in the workplace. Stop guessing about your future career and start experiencing it.

Requirement: You and your parent MUST attend a mandatory info session.

Dates: March 24th OR March 25th Time: 6:00 PM via Zoom

CLUBS

CSF Members! If you are interested in being a leader in CSF for the 2026-2027 school year, Executive Officer application are available with Mrs. Nguyen in the counseling office. (This is separate from the membership application). Applications with the 2 teacher recommendations are due no later than Friday, March 27th to Mrs. Nguyen. Expect to be contacted for a short interview in April.
NHS is hosting their spring Blood Drive on Friday, March 13th. All students 16 years old and older are invited to donate by registering through the link posted on Schoology. 16 year olds need a parent/guardian consent form signed and returned to Mrs. Angell in Dodge 144 by Wednesday, March 11th. Adults are invited to donate by signing up through the American Red Cross' website. Give Blood, Save Lives!
