Band Instruments: Flute, Clarinet, Alto Saxophone, Trumpet, Trombone, Baritone, Snare Drum, Bass Drum, Bells (Glockenspiel). Students who played in band last year will be given priority to return to their same instrument. Positions on percussion (drums & bells) are extremely limited.

Sept 3-5 we will meet by assigned instruments in the music room:
Wednesday Recess 10:30, SAXOPHONE meeting
Wednesday Lunch Recess (after eating), 12:45-1:10 CLARINET meeting
Thursday Recess 10:30, BELLS meeting
Thursday lunch time (after eating) 12:45-1:10 TRUMPET, TROMBONE, & BARITONE meeting
Friday lunch time (after eating) FLUTE meeting

4th Grade Band meets Thursdays 2:15-2:54 and Fridays 1:30-2:10

5th & 6th Grade Band meets Wednesdays 11:50-12:30 and Thursdays 1:10-1:55
Students are expected to bring their instruments to school those two days each week, and practice at home on non-band days. Our first 5th/6th band event will be playing at a CDMHS Football game on October 3rd!
