Faculty Purchase Requests

All purchase requests must be submitted by the Department Chair. 

Please remember all purchases for materials will be deducted from your department's annual allotment.

The Cataloging and Acquisitions Department is responsible for ordering print and digital books and other physical media
(CDs/DVDs/Blu-Rays) for Skeen Library.

For book requests made by NMT faculty and staff, please use this form.

NMT students may submit book suggestions by filling out this form.
