There are many instances where dust in dustbin overflows and create unhealthy environment in Public Places. The reason is it is difficult to predict the overflow of dustbins in certain places. There should a system to inform the municipality people about the overflow of dustbins so that they can take action to clear it and keep the environment safe. We designed a Sensory and Communication system where using series of Ultrasonic Sensors we sense the level of dust in the dustbins and Gas Sensors for measuring toxic gases levels in the dustbin, The sensed information will be sent to Municipality authorities over GSM Network. The information about the position (GPS) of dustbin, dust level, toxic gases level will be sent to Municipality authorities. We have integrated the whole system of sensor data visualization in Android Mobile Applications. The designed mobile application will help municipalities to track the dust levels of various dustbins, environmental parameters etc.
