What is ATL Tinkerpreneur?
In 2021, AIM organised the very first 9-week long – digital skills and entrepreneurship bootcamp called “ATL Tinkerpreneur”. ATL Tinkerpreneur, a program initiated by Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog, and the Government of India, is designed for students from classes 6 to 12. It aims to impart digital and entrepreneurship skills, enabling students to start their own digital business ventures and earn money. The main goal of this Tinkerpreneur Boot Camp was to make the students to become a Tinkerpreneur in childhood and start their own Business. In year 2022, ATL Tinkerpreneur – deriving the name from 'enabling students to tinker from the comfort of their homes and become an entrepreneur this summer. The main goal of this boot camp is to make students learn more about financing, business models, and starting their own business still while studying! It is a very unique opportunity for students to get exposure to a lot of digital skills & new terms...
In this boot camp, one team from NMS have participated. Shaik Sheema Farheen and Syed Sadiya, have built a product named "Ekalavya". Ekalavya is a one-stop-shop for you to learn electronics concepts through various formats like web portals, animation videos, interesting videos, etc...
In 2023, NMS proudly celebrated the outstanding achievements of our ATL students in the ATL online Tinkerpreneur Bootcamp. We are thrilled to share that Khushboo Jain with her product Eklakshya, Jashn Jain with Leories, and Lasya with Antybrain were recognized among the top 100 participants.
Their innovative projects not only showcased exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills but also demonstrated strong entrepreneurial abilities, including effective idea development and market understanding. Khushboo Jain’s Eklakshya, Jashn Jain’s Leories, and Lasya’s Antybrain each reflected a high level of ingenuity and practical application.
This success highlights the emphasis of our school's ATL program on fostering creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit, showcasing the impressive capabilities of our students and the strong support system provided to prepare them for future endeavors.
Tinkerpreneur 2024 introduced a new vision where students were both participants and contributors. This time Tinker Champs got an opportunity to contribute to this bootcamp. In total, 25 students from various states of India participated. Tinker Champs contributed in Content rectification, Handhold Me sessions and in designing handbooks for the bootcamp.
From Nagarjuna Model School, five students—Khushboo Jain, Jashn Jain, Yogya Varshini, Abdul Raheem, and K. Deekshitha —took part in the program. They led sessions on various digital skills. Khushboo Jain created two handbooks: one for registration and another as a day-wise calendar for participating in Tinker Preneur. These handbooks were released nationwide.
