MCYC

Welcome! In the summer of 2024, I got into a paid internship with the City of Albuquerque. I worked with fellow artists from all over the city as well as working part-time with the Albuquerque Museum. With the MCYC I participated in many things such as volunteer work, making a pride float for the local pride parade, filmed a commercial for Parks and Rec, assisted with a Merry Makers dance, and went to local events to support the community. With the other half of this internship I worked in the Albuquerque Museum. There I worked under the curator of education, was a research assistant to the museum director, assisted in classes at the Education Center, helped with Third Thursday, gave tours, went into the vaults, and lots more.
