Violet is a custom publication for residents of the luxury condominiums by the Hawai‘i developer Kobayashi Group—the first book of its kind in the state of Hawai‘i. Each issue of Violet is delivered directly to residents and buyers of properties including: One Ala Moana, Hokua, Park Lane, Capitol Place, Kaimana Beach Hotel, Alīa and Royal Lahaina.

Published bi-annually, Violet explores the relaxed, world-class way of life that is available at the residences, defined by anticipatory service, resort-like amenities, an intense pride of work, and Hawai‘i style and comfort. The attention to detail seen in the residences and the use of refined and carefully selected materials are reflected in Violet, the first brand publication for the developers and the first publication developed specifically for their clientele. The publication features contemporary Hawai‘i content and stories related to arts, business, culture, design, travel, and fine dining.
