New Mexico African American Artists' Guild

The "Guild" was created in 1972 to address the disparity Black artists experience, having been excluded as part of the greater artistic community.

We have hosted, taught, instructed, helped launch, built gallery shows, advocated for marketplace, access, and brought light to the Black artistic contributions of New Mexico.
