IDIA CHARITABLE TRUST: DELHI CHAPTER

Increasing Diversity by Increasing Access (IDIA) started out as a student run charitable trust to help law aspirants from underprivileged backgrounds pursue legal education at some of our country's finest institutions. Under the guidance and leadership of Late Prof. (Dr.) Shamnad Basheer, the organisation has grown to have as many as 27 chapters, of which the Delhi Chapter is one example. We hope to passionately continue the good work started by our predecessors and honour the legacy of Dr. Basheer to the best of our abilities. The proceeds from the various fundraising activities conducted by IDIA's chapters goes to IDIA Charitable Trust, a not for profit organisation that works for the empowerment of underprivileged communities through access to legal education.
