Unscheduled visitors are strongly discouraged on campus;
however,
if parents
need to come into the school, they must be screened before entering the building. There will be a screening station in front of the office where hand sanitizer and a thermometer will be available. Please sign the form and wait for an office official to come and take your temperature.
Student Check Out and Check In
If parents
needs to check in or check out a student, they
must call the school office once they arrive on campus. A school official will escort the student to the vehicle, verify identification, and then have parents
sign the student out or in on the form. The writing utensil will need to be sanitized after every use.
In order to limit exposure to school personnel, no deliveries
will be allowed during school hours. This includes lunches, backpacks, homework, etc.
All breakfasts and lunches will be served in the cafeteria following social distancing guidelines.
Entry Points should be reduced to no more tha
n two designated points after a certain time each morning. The reduced number of entries should be in effect by 8:00 am for elementary and by 8:25 am for secondary.
Face coverings are required to cover the nose and the mouth. Face coverings must not have any words, phrases, symbols, etc. that would be considered disruptive to the academic environment and/or as deemed unacceptable/inappropriate by the building administrators.
Water bottles are allowed. Please consider ordering extra water bottles for students. If ordering water bottles for students, please consider ordering various colors and develop a labeling mechanism for keeping track of them.
