My motto is to Do What Gives You Energy. This applies to everything I do, and I maintain a happy healthy life, full of things that give me pleasure." Lisa McNulty
Lisa's first exposure to NLP was at university; when she received support for dyslexia. The person who helped her was an NLP Practitioner. The interventions used were to help her learn in new ways, ones that supported and worked with her preferred learning style. This resulted in her being the only person in her faculty that year, to get a 1st Class Degree and getting a 1st Class Degree in Mathematics & Computing is still one of her most precious achievements along with being a mum of 3 wonderful children.
Lisa was motivated due to her experience at university, to become a teacher and definitely one of the reasons she trained in NLP as teacher training was not enough for the way she wanted to help her students grow. Lisa knew first hand that everyone learns in different ways and that being neurodiverse did not mean someone could not excel at learning.
Lisa's teaching practice changed as she developed her NLP & Coaching Skills. She noticed a growing difference in her mindset & resilience and that she was easily able to reach even the most disengaged students and get great results.
