Hello my name is Mr. Penney and I have been teaching Physical Education for the past 17 years. During this time I have taught students at Tricentia Academy, Bishop White School, Random Island Academy, Clarenville Middle School and my favorite place of all Riverside Elementary since 2013.

I live in Clarenville with my wife Gillian and our daughters Sophia and Charlotte. We enjoy being physically active, and spending time with our family and friends.

Personally, I enjoy biking, hiking, skiing, guitar and am a firm believer in the old saying:

A Healthy Body = A Healthy Mind!!!

I hope to get to know each and everyone of you as we begin our Physical Education journey together!!

Hello :) My name is Taylor Marsh and I am going into my 7th year of teaching. I grew up in Gander but now enjoy living in Shoal Harbour with my little puppy Eloise! I have taught in other schools before Riverside that include Gander Collegiate, Lumsden Academy and Paradise Elementary.

I personally enjoy being outside and being active. I love hiking, kayaking and snowshoeing and some of my favorite sports I play are ultimate frisbee, golf, volleyball, and softball. Other than playing sports I love to spend time at my cabin with my family and having time to read and do puzzles.

I can't wait to get to know all of you and have some fun in PE!
