At the end of this lesson, you will be able to manage guardian summary settings (by setting them to On/Off as applicable for each of your Classes).
For each Class, you can decide whether or not you want parents and guardians to receive summaries. This is found in the settings of Google Classroom. To access Settings, click on the gear in the top right corner. Did you know that a gear in Google applications always indicates a settings menu?
Once you are in the Settings, you can scroll down to the General section and you will see the Guardian Summaries toggle. If it dark and the circle is on the right, Guardian Summaries are enabled. If you would like to disable these summaries, you can click on it and they will be turned off.
