7 Mathematics 2201 is the second course in the Academic/Advanced Program for high School Mathematics in Newfoundland and Labrador. This 2-credit course is a pre-requisite course for Mathematics 3201 (Academic). This program is designed to provide students with the mathematical understandings and critical thinking skills identified for entry into post-secondary programs. The academic mathematics program is intended to help students make connections between mathematics and its applications and to become numerate adults, using mathematics to contribute to society.
