1. Improper Fractions War (Card Game): Use playing cards. Divide the cards between all players and place them face down in a stack. Count to three and turn over two cards each. The greater number/card is your numerator and the least number/card is your denominator. The player with the greater improper fraction takes all cards that have been played and puts them aside. Continue until all cards have been played. The player with the most cards at the end of the game wins.
2. Improper Fractions Dice Game: Roll dice to create an improper fraction and compare who has the greater fraction (hint: drawing the improper fraction can help you to compare).
