Gander Collegiate

Hey everyone! I'm Heidi Cooper, the resident English Department Head at Gander Collegiate. This marks my 16th year at Gander Collegiate, and 22nd year of teaching. I completed both of my Bachelor's degrees (B. A., B. Ed.) and my Master of Education at Memorial University.

I currently teach English 1211, 3201, and World Literature 3207. I also volunteer with the Student Council and Prom Committee here at GC.

I have included copies of the course outlines for each of my courses below. If you have any questions or concerns about any of these, please feel free to email me at heidicooper@nlschools.ca. All handouts and assigned work will be posted on Google Classroom, so please encourage your children to keep an eye out for new material, especially if they're missing class time.
