It starts with you. These are things that you can do to improve your wellness
Nutrition. Eat a well balanced diet.
Your body loves Movement. Do things you enjoy. Play sports, go for a walk, play with your pet, practice yoga, put on some music and dance.
Get enough Sleep. Aim for 8 to 10 hours.
Hydrate. Drink lots of water.
Get out in Nature. It's good for both your mental and physical well-being.
Practice Mindfulness. Download the MindWellU app for free.
Rest and Restore. Read a book, watch a funny movie, talk to a friend, listen to some music, focus on a hobby.
