Our volunteers are so important to us!  If you're interested in being involved in the school and you'd like to donate your time, volunteering can be a rewarding way to build a stronger connection to our school!

Here are some ways parents/guardians can volunteer:

- Coaches

- Drivers for sports tournaments

- Breakfast Program

- Chaperones for dances and other events

- Helping out with special occasions like dinners and breakfasts

- School council

- Fundraisers

Volunteer Paperwork 

NLSchools requires all school volunteers who will work with or near children to complete the following forms once per year: 

Criminal Record Check (For High Risk)

For situations where a volunteer may have closer contact with students and with less adults around (like coaching or driving for a school event) volunteers are required to have a:​

Criminal Background Check with a Vulnerable Sector Check. 

For this you need to visit an RNC or RCMP detachment.

This may seem inconvenient but please know that this process is meant for the protection of children.
