Hello Parents,
Weekly Updates: Oct 8th, 2026
October 9th: NL Schools Close out day, no school for students.
October 12th: Thanksgiving Monday, no school for students.
Just a friendly reminder about entering the school building:
Morning Arrival: Our doors will not open for students until 8:40 a.m. Students who are dropped off before this time will need to remain outside until the doors open. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us ensure that students are supervised and that our morning routines run smoothly.
Early Pick-Up: If you need to pick up your child early from school, please buzz the office and come directly to the office . Ms. Trina will contact your child’s classroom and have your child come down to the office with their belongings. For the safety and security of all our students, parents and guardians are not permitted to walk through the school to retrieve their children or go directly to classrooms. We will make sure your child is brought safely to the office and ready for dismissal when you arrive.
Thank you for your understanding and for helping us maintain a safe and organized environment for all of our students! We really appreciate your cooperation.
School Milk:
We know the new school milk ordering system is a change for our families, and we understand that it may take some time to get used to. Last year, the school had a significant amount of milk left over that unfortunately had to be thrown out, resulting in hundreds of dollars in lost funds. In an effort to reduce waste and avoid this financial loss, we have made the decision to order milk through the School Milk Foundation this year.
We understand that purchasing milk for a month at a time may not work perfectly for every family, particularly when students are absent due to illness. We encourage families with questions about refunds, credits, absences, or other financial adjustments to contact the School Milk Foundation directly, as they manage the ordering and payment system.

We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding as we adjust to this new system. Our goal is to provide milk to students while also being responsible with school resources and reducing unnecessary waste.
