CHEYENNE COUNTY- Public transportation available.  There is no cost involved within the county. Outside of the county there is a cost for mileage.  Restrictions:  Minors can not ride the transportation bus without an adult.  Children ages 13-17 can ride the bus without an adult once a waiver is signed by the parent for permission to ride.  The transportation bus is wheelchair/walker accessible.  Call 785-772-1053- leave a message with you name, phone number, date, time,  destination location, how many people riding, and if a walker/wheelchair will be used.   An individual from the transportation bus will return your call confirming the transportation request.   24 hour notice is preferred.

DECATUR COUNTY- Public transportation is available through the county at no charge.

GOVE COUTNY- GCMC's General Public Transportation Van- 785-754-5141- HOURS: M-F 8-5pm; Sat/Sun 8-12pm.  2 operating public transportation vans; both are wheelchair accessible.  Will go anywhere within a 90 mile radius of Quinter.  Free will donation, first come, first served basis.

GRAHAM COUNTY- No public transportation available.

LOGAN COUNTY- Logan  Co Transportation- 785-672-8144.  HOURS: M-F 8am-5pm.   $2.00 per ride per person per one-way.  Special rates for families, handicapped, and elderly.

NORTON COUNTY- Public transportation available.  NORTON CO GENERAL PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION- 785-877-5352.  Hours: 7:45-2:45pm  Parents will need to ride with the child and provide car seats and they will only transport preschoolers in an emergency or if it is going to be on a daily basis to school.  They will work with families to stay open later so that the kids can stay all day in school.  If the family uses the public transporation for anything except school there is a $2 round trip fee.  NORTON CARES- 785-877-2131.  Contact Janell.  Volunteers provide this service using their own car, cost is by donation, families need to provide car seats.  Advance notice is appreciated.

RAWLINS COUNTY- RA Co Public Transportation- 785-626-9625 or 785-626-3351.  rawlinscountyshuttle@gmail.com.   HOURS: M-F 9am-5pm.   COST: Donations only

SHERIDAN COUNTY- Public Shuttle Available- 785- 675-3361.  Available for local and out of town trips.  Local fee $2.00 a trip.  Out of town fee schedule available on website.

SHERMAN COUNTY- SH Co Public Transportation- 785-899-5082.  HOURS: M-F 8am-3pm. Fee $1.50 per destination anywhere inside Goodland city limits.  

THOMAS COUNTY- TH Co Public Transportation- 785-443-9208.  HOURS: M-F 7am-11:30am/12:30-8pm; Sat/Sun 8am-12:30pm/1:30-5pm.  Fee to ride is $1 per person per stop anywhere in Thomas County.  Both vehicles are handicap accessible and the bus has a wheelchair lift. 

TREGO COUNTY- Trego Community Public Transportation- 785-743-8014.  HOURS: M-F 8am-5pm.  Public transportation van provides rides to destinations outside Trego County within a 60 mile radius from WaKeeney. Exceptions made when possible. 

WALLACE COUNTY- No public transporation option available.
