Jump Rope - long rope and individual short rope
Movement Concepts - personal space, pathways, shapes, levels, direction, speed, force
Physical Literacy - engages in physical activity during class, identifies opportunities for physical activity outside of school, identifies and participates in activities that contribute to physical fitness
Personal Responsibility - exhibits responsible personal and social behavior that respects self and others
Energy Balance - understands basic nutritional concepts
