Submitting your Application

When you have completed each of these criteria and are ready to submit, please follow the link for your school below.  Ensure you have a scanned copy of your required documentation ready to upload.  Students who have earned the State Seal of Civic Engagement will be notified no later than February 27, 2026. Recognition of the seal will be marked on student transcripts.

For the 2025-26 school year, the due date for student submissions will be Friday, January 30, 2026.
