Elementary Classrooms
Music in the Mountains has three programs you and your students can be involved in:
- Take 5 (previously known as the Brummit-Taylor Music Listening Program - see your school for a kit)
- Carnegie Live (all students learn a piece and get to perform with an orchestra in the Spring)
First Grade Teachers:
- The National Association for Music Education has developed a new program just for you to celebrate Music in Our Schools Month! Check out: more information here.

Choral Leadership Academy - run by the CASMEC (The California Music Education Conference) - February 15-16, 2019, Fresno, CA. This event is for high school, community college, and university students interested in the choral music profession. For more information, click here.
