PROFILE
I am a senior at NJIT with test engineering experience as an intern at NAVSEA. I am working to pursue a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering. I expect to graduate in the spring of 2019 and I have attached my resume below however many of the items can be seen throughout this portfolio.
WORK EXPERIENCE
NAVSEA, Indian Head Explosive Ordinance Disposal Technology Division, Picatinny Arsenal
- Worked as an engineering intern on the software and test team to ensure that the Close in Weapons System (CIWS) was maintained properly across the US Naval fleet
- Performed qualification tests in Tucson, Arizona to maintain a close relationship with contractors and to verify the integrity of their products as an in-service engineering agent via analytical evaluations, fault-isolation procedures and maintenance requests
- Ran system integration tests at Wallops Island Flight Facility, Virginia to communicate with cooperative systems to ensure CIWS functionality
- Implemented ordinance alterations and standard repairs on the weapon system
