eSTEM Challenge 2024
Welcome to the 2024 eSTEM Challenge! New Jersey Institute of Technology's Center for Pre-College Programs (CPCP) and Newark College of Engineering (NCE) are proud to host our fourth annual Elementary STEM (eSTEM) Challenge. The eSTEM Challenge introduces elementary students in grades 3 to 5 to the engineering design process and competitive events in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). This year we challenged young engineers to develop a device prototype to help address a health and/or wellness concern in their respective communities! This on-campus event brings teams together to showcase their designs and discuss their experience with the engineering design process over the past several weeks. This year we welcome 28 teams to compete on campus on March 20th! Thank you to our partners, judges, volunteers, NJIT student mentors, coaches, teams, and school districts for coming together to make this event possible!
