Hi, this is Pavan 

I have a multidisciplinary background in structural bioinformatics, computational biology, and experimental techniques, enabling me to tackle fundamental biological questions related to regulatory checkpoints in eukaryotic translation initiation. My doctoral research at NIT Warangal focuses on mechanistic insights into the synergistic regulation of eukaryotic translation by ribosome-inactivating proteins (RIPs) and alpha kinases. 

I have actively contributed to national and international collaborative projects with NIT Andhra Pradesh, IICB Kolkata, and the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. In addition to research, I have experience in handling graduate and postgraduate coursework, mentoring dissertation projects, and writing research proposals and grants.
