I completed B.Sc in Microbiology from Pt Nagarjuna College of Science Raipur and M.Sc. in Medical Biotechnology from Pt J N M Medical College Raipur. In my spare time, I like to read novels, listen to music, painting and travelling.
Rupal Gupta

Currently, We are working on microfluidic based diagnostic device at Biomedical Engineering Department of National Institute of Technology (NIT) Raipur. My area of expertise are Microbiology, Molecular biology, Mammalian Cell Culture, Virology, Immunology, Animal Biotechnology and Downstream process. My interests are centered around Diagnostics, Point-of-Care Devices, Therapeutics, Regenerative Medicines and Vaccines. Prior joining NIT Raipur, I worked as Jr. Research Associate at Research and Development Department of Bharat Biotech International Limited (BBIL), Hyderabad (2021-2023). In 2021, completed training from National Institute of Animal Biotechnology (NIAB) Hyderabad on development of point-of-care device for Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV) and insilico Covid-19 vaccine. I graduated from Amity University Mumbai in 2021 with a B. Tech and M. Tech dual degree in Biotechnology. When it comes to leisure time, I usually prefer writing, painting, crafting, dancing and travelling.

Rashmi Pandey

Hii I am Ms. Rashmi Pandey,I hold a postgraduate degree in M. Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics). During my postgraduate research, I worked on the project titled “Formulation and Characterization of Novel Moisturizing Creams Incorporating Diverse Essential Oils for Enhanced Skin Hydration and Health,” which focused on developing and evaluating innovative topical formulations aimed at improving skin health through natural therapeutic agents.
Currently, I am pursuing advanced research in the field of Biomedical Engineering at NIT Raipur, where I am working in the field related to “Microneedle-mediated Drug Delivery Systems (DDS) for the Effective Treatment of Breast Cancer: Addressing Current Challenges and Future Perspectives.” This work aims to explore the application of microneedle-based platforms for targeted, minimally invasive, and patient-friendly delivery of anticancer therapeutics, with a focus on overcoming current limitations in breast cancer therapy and advancing towards translational outcomes.
Ayushman Kundu

Myself Ayushman Kundu currently pursuing my PhD. My research interest is in Microfluidics and biosensors. I have done my MSc in Biotechnology from Presidency University Kolkata. Previously I've done my bachelors degree in Biochemistry from University of Calcutta.
I have an in depth knowledge of physics, chemistry and biology. Skilled in various microbiological practices and molecular biology techniques. I have a hands on experience on Dynamic Light Scattering technique, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectroscopy, Mass Spectrometry, X-ray Diffraction technique, Fourier Transformation Infrared Spectroscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy, UV Spectroscopy. In my dissertation I have done project on an interdisciplinary stream of nanomedicine and synthetic medicinal chemistry and quiet familiar with chemistry and nanomaterial laboratory practices.
