(i) Overlength Page charge beyond 6 pages will be ₹1000 (USD 25) per additional page, up to a maximum of 8 pages. Length of paper must not exceed 8 pages under any circumstances.

(iii) All the participants are requested to choose the applicable registration fees carefully. There will be no refunds if wrong amount is paid by mistake.

After acceptance of paper, participants can register in ICEFEET-2026.
The Registration fee is payable from any bank through online transaction (NEFT/IMPS) to the following account.
The participants can pay the applicable registration fees mentioned above via online transfer. They have to use the following account details for paying the registration fees:

Thereafter, follow these important directions:
Write this code in the description of registration fee payment "RFICEFEET26"
Participants have to be sure about entering the details in the registration form i.e. Transaction id, Payee Bank name and Amount.
You must save the payment proof in .pdf file. This payment proof file is to be attached in a section while filling the registration form.
Attach an ID for the relevant registration category mentioned above.

Things to remember and perform while filling out the registration form.
Overlength Page charge beyond 6 pages will be ₹1000 (USD 25) per additional page, up to a maximum of 8 pages. Length of paper must not exceed 8 pages under any circumstances.
At least one author per paper has to register.
Each registration entitles the author to present one paper only.
Registration fee includes conference kit, conference meals and Gala dinner (Only on ground event participants).
Registration fee includes access to all technical sessions.
IEEE members are requested to send their active IEEE membership card or valid proof along with payment receipt during submission of registration form, if registering under IEEE category.
The list of authors and affiliations as provided in the manuscript must be consistent with the details as entered in CMT portal at all stages of the conference.
The fee for accompanying participant is Rs 2000/- per head Indian Participants and 50 USD for foreign participants. This includes access to technical sessions, lunch, and gala dinner but does not include registration kit and participation certificates.
