I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology at the National Institute of Technology Andhra Pradesh, working in the field of Computational Biology, specialization in studying the conformational changes of biomolecular systems using biophysical approach of Molecular Dynamics Simulations. I focus on applying computational techniques to understand biomolecular interactions, protein folding mechanisms, and small-molecule drug interactions as well as protein-protein interactions in different diseases. 

I developed an interest in the computational modeling of biological systems to explore the paradigm of Sequence-Strcuture-Dynamics-Function relationship to investigate protein conformational changes and develop predictive models for drug-target interactions for biomedical relevance.
