Thursday 4th May 

Pre-Meet Training:

On the afternoon of Thursday 4th May, pre-meet training will be available for schools that wish to have a swim prior to the start of competition and the official Opening Ceremony.   When schools complete the Transportation Requirements form, schools will be allocated a training time based on their flight arrivals to Bangkok.

2:30 - 3:00pm - UWC East, UWC Dover

3:00 - 3:30pm - GIS, SAIS, AIS

3:30 - 4:00pm - TTS, BSJ, SSIS

Team Leaders Meeting

From 4:00-4:30pm a Team Leaders meeting will be held in the MPR room on the ground floor of the Sports Facility. 

Friday 5th May 

Warm Up

On the morning of the first day of competition, warm up times will be allocated for each team, as below: 

7:10 - 7:35am - BSJ, SAIS, AIS, SSIS (Total Swimmer count 58)

7:35 - 8:00am - UWC East, UWC Dover, GIS (Total Swimmer count 57)

8:00 - 8:25am - NIST, BPS, RIS (Total Swimmer count 56)

8:25 - 8:50am - TTS, HIS, KLASS (Total Swimmer count 56)

Opening Ceremony

Between 8:50-8:55am the Opening Ceremony for the 2023 SEASAC Jr Swimming Championships will be held on pool deck prior to the start of competition.

Session One

Session One of competition will start at 9:00am 

Lunch Break 

Lunch will be provided in front of the Staff Room, adjacent to the swimming pool.  Timing approx. 12:30-1:30pm

Session Two 

Session Two of competition will start at 1:45pm 

Finish Time 

Anticipated finish time for Session Two is around 5:10-5:15pm.  At which time school shuttles will transport teams back to their accommodation.

Saturday 6th May 

Warm Up

On the morning of the second day of competition, warm up times will be allocated for each team, as below: 

7:10 - 7:35am - BSJ, SAIS, AIS, SSIS (Total Swimmer count 58)

7:35 - 8:00am - UWC East, UWC Dover, GIS (Total Swimmer count 57)

8:00 - 8:25am - NIST, BPS, RIS (Total Swimmer count 56)

8:25 - 8:50am - TTS, HIS, KLASS (Total Swimmer count 56)

Session Three

Session Three of competition will start at 9:00am 

Lunch Break 

Lunch will be provided in the NIST Cafeteria. Timing approx. 12:00-1:00pm.

Session Four 

Session Four of competition will start at 1:00pm 

Awards Ceremony  & Banquet Dinner

Following the end of Session Four, teams will be asked to assemble in the Hub on the 5th Floor for the presentation of the Awards for the 2023 SEASAC Jr Swimming Championships and the Banquet Dinner.  The Awards Ceremony will begin around 5:30pm, and is expected to finish around 7:30pm.  

The Theme for the Awards Ceremony and Banquet dinner is 'Hollywood', with swimmers and coaches encouraged to dress up as their favourite movie star.

Transport

Following the conclusion of the Awards Ceremony and Banquet Dinner the school shuttles will transport teams back to their accommodation.
