Chair : Kazuo Ishii (Kyushu Institute of Technology)
Kazuo ISHII graduated the University of Tokyo and received Ph.D. degree from the Department of Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering in 1996. He joined Kyushu Institute of Technology (KYUTECH) as Assistant Professor in 1996, and currently Professor from 2011. He was a visiting researcher at IIS, Univ. of Tokyo (1999-2018), Fraunhofer AIS (2003-4), a steering committee member of Kitakyushu Robot Forum (2006 - ), a board member of Japan Underwater Robot Network. Currently, he is working on field robotics, especially underwater robots and agricultural robots.
Co-Chair : Yasunori Takemura (Nishinippon Institute of Technology)
Yasunori received Ph. D from Graduate School of Life Science and Systems Engineering, Kyushu Institute of Technology in 2010. He was the JSPS Research Fellow from 2009 to 2010, and became an Assistant Professor at Nippon Bunri University in 2010. He moved to Nishinippon Institute of Technology as Associate Professor in 2015, and currently Professor from 2024. He was an Executive Committee Member of RoboCup from 2011 to 2016, and a Board Member of RoboCup Japan Committee from 2016 to 2023. He is working on the RoboCup soccer collaborative robots, neural networks and AI, environmental monitoring with IoT.
Co-Chair : Hakaru Tamukoh (Kyushu Institute of Technology)
He received Ph.D from Graduate School of Life Science and Systems Engineering, Kyushu Institute of Technology in 2006. He was an Assistant Professor at Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology from 2007 to 2013, and became an Associate Professor at Kyushu Institute of Technology in 2013. Currently, He is a Professor at Kyushu Institute of Technology, Graduate School of Life Science and Systems Engineering since 2021, and a Board Member of RoboCup Japan Committee. He is working on VLSI, FPGA, Soft Computing, Brain-like computer, Autonomous robotics and Robot Human Interaction for RoboCup @home.
