At the main gate of NISER/IIT Bhubaneswar campus report yourself as QMAT 2023 Conference participant. They will guide you to the location of your stay.
The registration kit will be available from 26th November 6:30 pm at the conference desk near Pathani Samanta Auditorium.
If you are joining in the middle of the conference schedule, please collect the registration kit first.
NB: Please ask your vehicle driver to drop you at the location of your allocated stay.
