The Truett Wilson Wildcat program is comprised of 250+ students who make up 5 choirs.
Beginner Choirs:
- Comprised of mostly 6th grade students
- Learn the fundamentals of music and choir
- Perform in 4 concerts throughout the year
6th Grade Honor Choir
- Comprised of 6th graders in beginner choir
- Perform for the 5th grade tour
- Perform on the spring concert
Bella Voce Choir:
- Non-varsity girls choir
- Comprised of 7th & 8th grade girls
- Perform in 4 concerts throughout the year
- Sings at UIL Concert & Sight-Reading contest
- Competes in a yearly festival/competition
7th & 8th Grade Guys:
- Make up 2 choirs
- Varsity & JV Guys
- Meet in the same class period
- Perform in 4 concerts throughout the year
- Combine to sing at UIL Concert & Sight-Reading contest
- Competes in a yearly festival/competition
Varsity Girls Choir:
- Advanced 7th & 8th grade girls
- Perform in 4 concerts throughout the year
- Premier performing group at Wilson Middle School
- Sings at UIL Concert & Sight-Reading contest
- Competes in a yearly festival/competition
UVSound:
- Auditioned choir of 7th & 8th grade girls
- Meets outside of school day to rehearse
- Performs on Winter and Spring concerts
